Who the controller is

The data controller is Tributum Consultoria Tributária Ltda, registered under CNPJ 33.889.925/0001-94.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: name, work email, phone or WhatsApp, company, country, role, interest, timing and your message.

Browsing data collected by essential cookies and, with your consent, by Google Analytics 4 cookies: pages visited, where the visit came from, device and simulator steps completed.

What you enter in the landed cost simulator, when you ask for the calculation by email.

What you enter in the export simulator, available in Portuguese: product, NCM code, cost, lot, package weight and dimensions, your company's timing and, if you wish, monthly output and the brand's website or Instagram.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and run the commercial relationship.

To calculate the export simulation and, if you ask, forward the pre-analysis of your product.

To send you, where you allow it, updates on Brazilian tax reform deadlines and changes and content about exporting.

To measure site usage and improve it, only after your consent.

Legal bases

Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, to answer your enquiry (LGPD, art. 7, V).

Consent, for marketing messages and analytics cookies (art. 7, I).

Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, where applicable (art. 7, II).

Who we share it with

Processors that run the site and our service: hosting, database, email delivery, bot protection and, where consented, the analytics tool (Google Analytics 4, from Google), with its advertising features off.

Orbe Prime, a company in the same group as Tributum, when you use the export simulator or ask for the pre-analysis, to assess your product and contact you.

These processors handle data only on our instructions and may be located abroad, in which case the international transfer follows chapter V of the LGPD.

How long we keep it

Leads with no interaction are kept for 24 months and then anonymised. Data needed to meet a legal obligation is kept for the periods the law requires.

Analytics data stays in Google Analytics for up to 14 months and is then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent (LGPD, art. 18).

To exercise these rights, use the privacy channel shown below and in the footer of this site. We reply within the periods set by law.

Changes

Changes to this policy are published on this page with the date of the update. Where a change requires new consent, we will ask for it.
